Recommendations for use

• Also suitable for surface grinding on steel.
• Trim the flap disc on sharp metal edges, files or with cutting inserts.
• Trimming should only be carried out from a contact angle of 45°.
• Apply the tool carefully and increase the pressure until a chip is formed. Maintain the pressure until the workpiece has been processed to the required dimensions.
• The backer may be trimmed until the flaps protrude by 5 mm, but must not be trimmed further.
